Our 24-hour service desk is manned by security professionals with in-depth product knowledge, who are trained to deliver a fast, effective, first-fix response. Calls are dispatched to an engineer or technician, who will resolve the issue over the phone or proceed directly to site as part of our 24-hour call-out facility. With over 30 service vehicles and a sophisticated fleet tracking system, we make sure that the most appropriate engineer is assigned to each specific situation.

We also carry out scheduled routine maintenance in line with client requirements. Our customers can rest assured that their system will be fully supported throughout its lifecycle by local, expert engineers and technical staff. All account activity is captured in our centralised CRM database, providing continuity of service and complete transparency. Thanks to our team of experienced engineers and a 24hr manned Service Desk we are able to support our clients around the clock every day of the week.

Our Help Desk is staffed 24/7 by live, local personnel who are ready to put you in touch with one of our engineers who can assist you directly. We will then be able to dispatch someone to your business location right away, no matter what time of the day or night.

Our contract structure allows for Service-Level-Agreement based service that guarantees we will respond to critical issues within a specific time frame within the same day. Our service standards around supporting different all types of environment in every form of circumstance.

Our customer base exceeds 3000 locations with our clients including household names both in the Irish and international markets, high-profile multi-national software and hardware manufacturers, nationwide service station chains and convenience stores. EMEA

MTS Security provides integrated physical and logical security systems to clients across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region.

MTS-ISS is heavily focussed on the corporate and high security market sectors. Our company operates from head office in South Dublin and also operates from European regional and representative offices. A Global Enterprise Class System Integrator, MTS-ISS adopt a single point of contact (SPOC) approach across all aspects of our solution offering. We have completed installations for our multi-national clients in numerous different EMEA locations while we provide on-going service and support to our client base.

Vehicles Fleetmatics

MTS Security operate using the Fleetmatics vehicle fleet tracking and reporting system on all company vehicles. This enables us to determine the best suited service vehicle to attend an emergency/high priority call out from a site. We also hold a full complement of critical spares at our head office on-board our service vehicles which allows us to ensure no break in service.
